Storage Solutions North East Ltd operates a Document Archive facility for the commercial sector with no restrictions on storage volumes. Our services cover a range of options including collection and delivery of single files and archive boxes, supplies of archive boxes and security destruction.  Documents are stored in archive document shelving and within containers.  The files are stored in carboard storage boxes with integral dimensions of 377mm long x 281mm wide x 242mm deep with lift off lids.  These are available from us or customers can use their own.

Archive Document Storage Boxes The boxes are stored within purpose built storage containers with shelving and stored within our secure warehouse environment.  Each container is manufactured with security in mind and is bolted with lockable doors. Document Storage Containers We operate a bespoke stock management database with immediate track and trace capability.  The system can record items by file name or number, carton name or number and container number and location.
Records are traditionally boxed by the customer or on request by Storage Solutions staff.  The usual practice is for the customer to annotate the record with a catalogue or item reference to enable us to enter the information onto our database.  However we can provide a unique SkU (Stock Keeping Unit) ID if required.
